Return/Exchange Policy:
The Return and Exchange Policy of marketplace.agribazaar.com stipulates that once goods are delivered, they cannot be returned. However, if you receive a product that doesn't match your order or is defective or expired, you can request a free replacement, subject to product availability from the seller.
There are specific EXCEPTIONS and RULES that apply to this policy:
- All items for return or exchange must be in their original, unused condition, with intact labels and packaging, and should not be damaged or tampered with.
- Exchanges are only possible if your address is eligible for exchange by our logistics team.
- If you choose to return items yourself, ensure they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service for self-shipped returns.
- Items like seeds, pesticides cannot be returned if the packaging is opened or damaged or the product is past its product expiry date.
- Products must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact customer care at +91-90903 97777.
- To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.
Exchanges (if applicable):

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by Indian law without regard to conflict of laws principles, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Cancellation Policy:
Agribazaar ensures that your order is safely delivered to you within the promised delivery timeline. However, if you have ordered a wrong product you may cancel the order through your marketplace.agribazaar.com account before your order has been dispatched.
If it is a Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. A cancellation request cannot be made after your order is dispatched.
