Refund policy:

Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenario:

• When Prepaid Orders are cancelled by Customer/Seller/Agribazaar before delivery (Please read our Cancellation Policy)
• If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order
• If you wish to return the product, in accordance with our Return Policy

How to get Refund?

The amount paid by you will be refunded to your Agribazaar wallet. You can initiate a payout request from Agribazaar App to transfer money from your Agribazaar Wallet to your bank account.
Refund process takes between 7 - 15 business days.

If you haven't received your refund within the stipulated time, first check your bank account. If necessary, contact your bank. If you've taken these steps and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at [email protected].
